A new season of Danish Esport League will kick off tonight with six matches to be played.
The time has come for the Danish teams to once again duke it out in their national league, better known as DEL. Like previous seasons, we will focus on the first division, while there is a total of three divisions overall.
Eight teams are participating in the first division of DEL, the teams and lineups are:

The season will begin in a group stage, where all teams play each other twice. Top four placed teams from the group stage will advance to the season finals, which will be played at the DSRack eSports Café in Copenhagen.
At the season finals the four teams will play for a prize purse of 10,000 Danish Kroner, equivalent to €1,345, as well as hardware prizes. The prizes will be distributed between top three:
1. 7,000DKK (€942)
2. 2,000DKK (€269) + hardware
3. 1,000DKK (€135) + hardware
